At Cali Diamondz LLC, we strive to ensure that your order reaches you in a timely and secure manner. Please read the following Shipping Policy carefully for details on how and when your order will be shipped.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 days from the time of payment confirmation.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Methods
We offer shipping to all U.S. states where our products are legally permitted. Shipping rates are calculated based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Standard Shipping: Typically delivers within 3-7 business days after processing.
Expedited Shipping: Available for an additional fee, typically delivers within 1-2 business days after processing.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping carrier delays, which are beyond our control.
3. Shipping Restrictions Due to the nature of our products, we are only able to ship within the United States to states where THC-A cannabis products are legal. It is your responsibility to ensure that our products are legal in your state before placing an order.
We do not ship THCa products to the following states where THCa is restricted or illegal: AK, AR, CO, DE, HI, ID, IA, MN, MT, NV, NH, NY, ND, OR, RI, SD, UT, VT, WA.
We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
4. Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can use to track the status of your delivery. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
5. Shipping Delays While we strive to meet our shipping estimates, delays may occur due to high demand, weather conditions, or carrier issues. Cali Diamondz LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages Cali Diamondz LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
7. Incorrect Shipping Address Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. If you accidentally entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at sales@calidiamondz.com.
While we will do our best to accommodate changes before your order ships, we cannot guarantee address changes after an order is placed.
8. International Shipping At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship within the United States.
